Wesleyan has initiated a Request for Proposal process for the selection of a partner to support the delivery of a digital transformation programme. The programme objective in the short term, was to re-platform businesses portals (external such as Wesleyan.co.uk / MyWes and internal such as the intranet) onto a single content management platform.
I was challenged to rethink their user experience to better reflect their brand values. For this project I worked side a contract visual design who I designed the final output with.
Priority focus
As time was limited on this bid The first couple days was spent researching Wesleyan’s typical consumers and building archetypes around them, which could be referenced during the design process.
After that I quickly prioritized what features of the current website would be worth focusing on.
