I joined this team to refine the user experience and then test the design of Instant checkout, the program was then trialed over six weeks at a Shell store in the UK with roughly 140 customers being interviewed by me.
Customers were universally delighted by the instant checkout’s ease of use and ultra fast speeds of reading products, however their was a lot to benefit from creating a feedback loop of testing into ongoing development.
